Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the United States. There are specific criteria for shipping perishable foods abroad, therefore increasing the risk of spoilage. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How do you package your product?
We use a 12x12x6 corrugated box. Inside the box we have a custom made mylar pouch which helps with insulation. The pie is shrink wrapped for freshness and we use ice packs to maintain a cool temperature inside the package.
Why are your pies sold for much more on your website as opposed to your retail location?
Our all-natural handmade pies are made without any artificial flavors or preservatives. Because we use fresh ingredients our pies must be shipped either overnight or 2 Day. We ship via UPS. The $65 price tag includes the pie, packaging, handling and 2 Day shipping.
SHIPPING POLICY: Little Pie Company is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation is received from UPS. We ask that you NOTIFY the recipient of the delivery date and arrange for someone to be available to receive the order. Little Pie Company is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer. In such cases, additional charges may apply to correct shipping information. Little Pie Company is committed to bringing you a quality product shipped in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to weather or other factors beyond our control. As a precaution, you may want to allow an extra day for delivery to assure that your package arrives on time.
LOST OR DAMAGED: To report lost or damaged items you MUST contact us within 5 business days from date of receipt. Call our office at 877-872-PIES (7437) Monday thru Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm EST.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the receiving date. REFUNDS: We cannot issue refunds. However, a replacement may be issued under certain circumstances.
